also use the cake as a beautiful centre piece for your food table.
No matter what type of food you serve, make sure there is enough
food to last the duration of the party as well as something for
everyone.
When guests enter the location of the baby shower, the decorations
should immediately put them in the baby celebration spirit. If
you have guests arriving that don't know each other, name tags
should be given to everyone. These can be hand printed or made
on your computer.
Decorating is all about colour! The chosen theme will supply the
colours of the decorations. Add balloons, flowers and linens in
your chosen colour scheme for a complete look. Even if you decided
not to go with a theme, the decorations will show your personal
touch. For something a little different stray away from the traditional
pink and blue and go with greens, yellows and lavender. Streamers
add a ton of colour to your party room along with a congratulatory
banner for the new mom is a perfect touch.
